Capital House

We are starting to make headway on our project in Winchester City Centre working with Neillcott Construction Limited. Capital House is to be completely refurbished to provide a new arts building for the University of Southampton. There were some initial delays at the start the project due to difficulties obtaining relevant licences for scaffolding and partial road closures, however the Neillcott team have now resolved these enabling our site team to progress with pace. Coverworld are replacing the roof coverings with an insulated Euroclad Vieo system, including adaptations, reforming of eaves, feature projections and all associated finishing works. Once completed the building will stand prominent in the centre of Winchester, moments from the Winchester Train Station.
