Kingston Maurward College

Kingston Maurward College is a land-based college providing courses such agriculture and horticulture, therefore it was fitting that the new extension incorporated a living green roof to form both a connection to the college and allow it to sit sympathetically within the grounds of the campus. The pitched roof areas consist of structural metal decking with an insulated Euroclad standing seam system and in prominent areas, covered with a living green roof. Bespoke powder coated aluminium materials were installed to the roof perimeters to finish off the building and tie in with the natural cedar cladding to the elevations.
